alarm problems

i have a 2002 honda civic with factory alarm,when i press the lock/unlock button the horn and lights don't work, but with the panic button the horn sounds, what can i do

check your fuses, if not that it could be a bad relay

hey man, your ride is highly possible its in valet mode. go to this site to exit valet mode. i just fixed mine, it was also in valet mode, thanks to our friend Rudy.
