attn: 7gen owners w/high output alts

im sure their are many owners out their that are considering high output alternators but heard stories and whatnot. hopefully these questions would help:

1) what company did you go with and how many amps?
2) how long have you had it and were their any issues with the product?
3) did you DIY or professional install?
4) 1-10, 10 being very satisfied, how would you rate your overall purchase?
5) were their any drawbacks? (IE: mpg went down, some fuses blew randomly, anything unusual or trouble free?)
6) would you recommend this company or look elsewhere?
7) how much did it cost you for this HO alt?

you're welcome to add any other info that we should know about before investing into an high output alternator

lol it was ebay dood. Guy sold the car and had the alt left over. The price didn't reflect quality, just demand.
