help wiring tweeters

help wiring tweeters

I have an lx with no factory tweeters and wanted to put tweeters in but wasnt sure of how to wire them to the head unit or what exactly i have to do for the wiring. can anybody help me?

beats me. alot of people tap the front speaker wires but thats a no no because the ohm load wont be right. plus getting factory tweeters is silly esp with factory speakers. for the easiest solution, just buy a set of components they already have a crossover and come with a woofer and tweeter for each side.

tweeters can be placed in parallel with speakers as long as a capacitor is installed to act as a HP filter
