got subs but dont know the max
yea i got 2 12" inch subs with a box that fix perfectly in the trunk. my question is how do i find out what the max wattage the 2 subs can handle. i got these subs from my cuzin and he dont know what it is. there is no logo shown so how can i figure this out.
Well, really there is no such thing as max power. If you look at a lot of higher end subs, they don't even give a max power handling. It's always RMS.
Max power really varies on the type of enclosure, the environment conditions, etc.
My advice is just to listen to it. You can distinguish certain audible factors when a sub is getting too much power.

Amp is your choice. Your subs, no offense, look pretty cheap. Sometimes looks can be deceiving though. Anyways, mono-blocks are always the best way to go. Look into those.
