Head Unit not working?! Help, plz.
My kenwood decided to stop working. That is, I can eject the disc in it, but can't get it to power up and display anything. It's 5+ years old, so I assumed it was just on it's way out.
I went to remove it today and hoped to put in the stock radio. I plug the stock back in and same thing as my kenwood -- cd eject button works, but nothing comes on the tiny display.
Anything I'm missing? Could I have blown a fuse somehow? Help?!

ha! wanna trade?
thanks for the replies, i'll be checking the fuse in a bit...aka when i get off my fat *** :x
sure enough, it was the fuse. however, my problem is apparently worse.
i ran to pepboys, picked up a few extra fuses -- swapped the bad fuse with a new one, and yep, the new fuse blew, too.
so what do you guys suggest i do? bring it to a shop?
could my amp in my trunk have anything to do with this? about a month ago, the amp got pretty banged up and i had to reinforce some of the wires going into it (that is, tightening the screws since some of them were pulled out)...
