I want to wire my ip-od to my deck, but all of the wires ive seen either plug into the rca oplus this black thing or just the black thing, i have no idea what this port is and if I even have one.

Also, I have used all of my preout sets on amps, but i have rca splitters, is this okay to use?

it plugs into the cd changer port on the back, i have one for my ipod and it only took like 10 mins to install, pull out the headunit and plug the wire into the cd changer port, snake the wire through to where you want your ipod and plug it in, simple as that
