has anyone ever tried the amplified Bazooka Tubes and the amplified Omega Tubes???or any other amplified enclosures...

If someone has tried them....tell me if they are worth it, what size of woofer to get, and what brand.....or if its a waste of money.....

Thinking of getting subwoofers but dont have lots of money and this is less expensive than buying seperate woofer and amplifier

u are just wasting ur money u won't get the sound that u will like out of them

I just bought an 8" bazooka for my crx and it sounds pretty nice...I've had 2 12" JL Audio subs and JL amp before in my civic and this sounds just as nice to me, but then again this is in a crx way smaller cabin, but if your hurting for cash and need some thump in the trunk I think its a good buy IMHO

I had an off brand of powered tube in one of my first installs - when you're on a budget, they fit the need. An important piece of advice if you get one, make sure it has a remote lead. Mine supposedly turned itself off with the car but I found out after replacing batteries in two vehicles that it was the culprit.
