me and a fellow member are gonna swap trunks for my spoiler one for his clean trunk...... my questions is..... how does the wiring work from my brake light from my spoiler to the third brake light in the back windshileld??? is there a socket there already soo you just plug it in?? thanks....

There is a plug that I believe is not on the trunk lid, but under the rear deck. Just follow the wires and you will see it. The plug is either connected to the 3rd brake light in the car, or the 3rd brake light on the spoiler, not both. Understand?

If I had a spoiler, the third brake light from the deck would just be there doing nothing???

yup...
I have a spoiler and to reduce the rattling I removed the entire 3rd brake light assembly attached inside the car.
So now there is a big hole and if its really light out and the sun is pointing right you can see the dynamat.
