oh, and i have a pineer HU and kenwood 3 way components...

As for adjusting levels, I just had to sit in my car for 1.5 hour the other day, so I messed with all that options(changed treble, bass) to kill time. There isn't much to adjust, and it didn't help much anyway.
Do you also have Alpine HU ? If yes what model? Are You happy with it ?

Polk, Kicker, Infinity, Apline, Rockford, are all decent and will fine with any of them. But again, to power them properly you will want to be putting at least 60 w to them. If you want a 4 channel amp its going to be difficult to find onw with that kind of power in your budget.
A couple of other things I need to know. Are you planning on using the amp to power the front speakers as well, and also, what are the front speakers?
As for not being able to see the H/U in the day I have heard that the angle of the dash makes the H/U hard to see. I am in the process of installking my system but havnt put in the H/U (Alpine) yet so I'm not sure. There is a DIY on moving tit down into the lower part, apparently that helps.

To sum this up. So what will be the best specs for my future amp? As money goes, I guess, I will figure something out. Mybe will go as high as $350. But money matters of course. Bear in mind I'm not in too very loud banging, but I love quolity sound and occasional bass bump once in the while.
Thanks.

ok, you are going to want a 4 channel amp then. I'm going to assume they have the same power rating as the rears. With $350 that increases your options alot. If you get a good quality amplifier now you won't need to upgrade it later.
So on Chruchfield here are some options.
Rockford Fosgate Punch P4004 - 50X4 - 239.99 - The power is a bit low but it will do.
Kenwood KAC-8402 - 60x4 - 249.99
Alpine MRP-F450 - 70x4 - 299.99
Infinity Reference 7541a - 111x4 - 299.99
Kicker ZX350.4 - 60x4 - 299.99
You can also check out JL and Soundstream but I think those may be a bit out of your range. What ever you go with I would try and stay close to the 80W RMS range.

I prefer Pioneer myself, and it's been very reliable. The mid-range Pioneer head units feature the OEL displays, and I have almost no trouble seeing mine (DEH-P7600MP) during the day (the angle of our dashes kills most displays in sunlight).
I haven't tried the new Pioneer amps, though. I've got two US Acoustics units, and they've been great, although they're rather hard to find.
