I got a 2003 civic with those square headrests.. the one with the square holes in them... like the middle is empty.. if you know what i mean... its an Si. Anyways i got 7'' hearests... can the headrests be installed in them? Or can i get another headrest thing where i can get it custom fit into... liek another Civic model... let me know thanks

the sedan has solid headrests I do believe, but I'm still not sure if they are big enough for 7" screen to fit

you could always experiment with cutting a piece of foam to fill the hole, as it wont be seen once you re-upholster

hold the screens bezel up to the headrest to see if itll fit. If you want to keep the coupes headrest your going to have to have them reupholstered

The 04 EX sedan has the solid headrests, but it looks like 7" might be too tight of a fit. Is your 7" the full size of the monitor or just the viewable area? If the 7" is the viewable area, then the trim of the monitor will be larger and might not fit the headrest...
