Rep Power: 0 advice: 2 channel amp
Hello,
My current 2 channel amp just died on me and I am looking for a new amp with a little more power. My old amp was 100 W RMS x2 @ 4ohms. I am currently running a cdt ef-61 component set which has a rating of 120W RMS.
I am looking for an amp that has somewhere around 150W RMS x2 @ 4ohms. Anyone know any good brands or models that I should look at? Thanks!

Rep Power: 0 I looked online for that amp...it ony has 50w rms x 2 .... I'm looking for 150w rms x2 (or close to that).
How are kenwood amps? Are they any good? Do they actually provide the wattage that they say they do? I saw the
Kenwood KAC-7252 which is 170 W RMS x2. Is that any good?
Or what about the JL Audio 300/2 amp?

Rep Power: 293 JL Slash amps are very good amplifiers, solid performers, clean output.
An alternative choice (which doesn't matter since you already bought an amp) would have been the JL e4300 4 channel amp, bridge that for 150x2, its a nice, budget alternative to the 300/2.
