has n e one had any actual experience with this deck? it has adf (automatic distotrtion filter - i think) and when i turn it on level 1 or 2 it get WAY WAY WAY bassier and just sounds muddy...i'm sure if i re-tune the amps with it on it'd sound better, but right now i just have it off with everything tuned the way i want it...anyone know if it'd be better to use adf and to tune my amps to that?

It's basically the same thing as Media Expander on the Alpines. It boosts low quality in the MP3's.Just tune your amps with it off. Then if you play some Mp3's with a sh1tty recording then adjust it from there.

i figured, also, after i installed this deck, if i listen to my system for short periods of time (on my 15 min break at work) it KILLZ my battery....there's 2 things i thought of, 1 i have fixed, first fixed one, i upgraded the ground on my amps to 4awg (the same awg as power now, they were 8awg) along with upgrading the wire that goes from the battery to relay box under the hood to 4awg. the second that i havnt fixed is the deck has 2 12volt in's one that is supposed to goto the battery and one that is just supposed to go to the internal constant power (on a side note the one that DOESN'T goto the battery has a 15a fise, while the one that does has a 3amp, y?) but right now, they're both running off the normal constant under the dash, i have a lot that needs to goto the battery, so i'm gonna run another install kit with a distribution block and split off from there (this deck, tach, power windows,,etc.) any ideas?
