Don't find practical removing stock Radio/CD from my 2005 if this equip works nicely with just mounting or changing speaker for speaker 4 $300 Infinity kappa. How bad is this Radio/CD ? Is it worth it ?

your stock radio wont power the new speakers unless you get a decent amp to run them..

oh the stock radio has plenty of power for entry level speakers. itll be a great combination.

as car companies make it harder and harder to install aftermarket radio's, combined with fancy new features such as 6 disc in dash capability stock, we see more and more that folks are just keeping the stock radio.

I can remember a WRX I built a couple years ago running mid line image dynamics horns up front and a 12" idmax in the back! All while keeping the stock cd player!

no, the kappas with the stock radio will work just fine.
