Moved HU and now getting Whinning Noise...Help

I recently moved my Alpine HU to where the power outlet was. When it was in the original place it sounded, fine now I get a whining sound with the RPM.
The HU is powering all four Alpine Speakers and I have a pioneer amp and 10" sub in the trunk. Power and RCA run separately. As I said before the install worked great in the original position. I didn’t rewire anything just unplugged it, moved it down and plugged it back in. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks in advance

what did you do with the old Accessory outlet (12V cig lighter) if the wire is just chiling behind the HU, then it may be causing some of your problems

I dont think it is the accessory outlet, I pulled the fuse for it so there is no power to it.

you want power wires as far away as possible from the deck. even the instructions tell you this.

probably all the system wiring thats behind and further down from the power outlet. Try moving your rcas and see if that helps. Do you get the noise just from the sub, or the full range speakers too?
