i was trying to hook it back up cause im trading it in and needed to take my system out and put it back to stock but when i hook the factory unit up it doesnt turn on when i turn the car on and when i push the power button on it, the screen just says "CODE" ....i have a 2dr 04 civic...what do you think i did wrong or what happened...thanks for the help

You must have an EX with anti-theft code protection. At the time of purchase, the dealer should have given you the unlock code; check your owner's manual. If you have lost the code, you can obtain it from the dealer.

ok thanks. now i have another problem with the door speakers. for some reason my dad cut the harness to the door speakers. on the passenger side door theres a dark green wire with a black stripe and lime green wire (i already hooked thhose wires together) but on the other door there are 4 wires, 2 grey with red stripeds and 2 green with yellow stripes, wich 2 do i hook up to the door speaker? thanks for the help agin

use a meter to see which one is negative and which is positive. try using the search button and search for "wiring diagram" u should find what ur lookin for
