HELP!!! please read!

Hey guys, last novemerb i boughta 15 inch rockford fosgate he subwoofer.....2003 model......... anwayways it blew...... have no reason...... i see little burn marks on the voice coils.... but i did everything properly.......... anwyas could i use a waRRANTY ON it? i bought it from cruthfield and have the receipt and everything.......... so will i get a new sub equivlent to the he?? it hasnt been a year yet? And how do i get a new sub? do i wrap this one up in the original packaging and write a letter to rockford in the box or call them??? thanks guys.........

i had to do it once

yeah if it is under rockford warranty you can find the number to call them and tell them what happened and they will take down your information and give you a reference number to write on the box all you do is ship it to them with a copy of the receipt then they mail you back your repaired sub or a new one i got a new one. make sure you write down the serial number cuz they will want that also when you call them.

like the coils look good........ but theres like a brown mark on each of them...... like a milimeter long.........

i would try to return it anyway, mine blew and in the process of removing it the drill slipped and put a big cut in the flex part of the cone and they still replaced it.

nope they will give you a sub of the same model if available but if it isntthey will give you the newer model
