For sound quality I'd recommend JL XR series, Infinity, Alpine, Focal & MB Quart.

i got pioneer 6X9's in the rear deck, cant remember there model number bu they are two-way, and then i have infinity reference series 6002i 6-1/2" two speakers in my doors(they also have a built-in rotatable tweeter). Everything in my car is pioneer except the infinity 6-1/2" speakers.

The wost thing you can do is replace the rears, sound stage wise. You'll want to start up front. Myself, when I still had my 7thgen, I removed the rears entirely. I don't like rear fill because I don't like my music coming from behind me. I like it up front and centered about 2 inches above teh dash. I'd recommend replacing the fronts first and amping them. Run the stock rears off the deck and you'll have plenty of rear fill. Still, what's your budget, and the type of music you listen to primarily. SQ or SPL based system?

If $150 is the budget, I'd recommend saving that, and waiting till next payday and buying the components, or coax, and buying a small 4 channel or 2 channel amp to run the fronts off of. A popular selection here, which also will help stay under budget would be a set of JL VR coaxials for the fronts. A small 45 watt per channel or so amp would run them superbly, but they'll take up to, if I remember correctly around 125 watts.
The JL's will keep most of the mid bass response you hear from your stockers, with a few lower frequencies being excluded because they aren't exactly a full-range speaker as the stocks are, so to speak.
