99-00 CD player fits 98 Civic?

99-00 CD player fits 98 Civic?
I'm looking at a player on ebay that has two seperate units. (link below) I'm not interested in the top unit, which I can clearly see wont fit properly in my 98, but I am interested in the bottom CD player which I will mount next the the cup holders. I already have a stock head unit in the dash. Is it possible that this cd player is compatible?
