ipod adapter for Pioneer head unit???

Hey. I have a Pioneer DEH-p770MP headunit that i just recently installed. For my birthday my rents bought the adapter that pioneer sells, the CD-IB100. Now its easy to hookup except it requires that you hook up a wire to a power line thats on regardless of key position and a wire to the frame for a ground.

Now it also has to be hooked up to the back of the headunit which i can do so im looking for recommendations or suggestions as to where to ground the device and where to hook it up to power. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hookup the constant power wire to the yellow wire on the back of the pioneer and the ground to the black wire. you will have three yellow and three black wires hooked up together.
