all of you 6x9 folks, i need some ideas on how i can craft a 1/2 inch spacer for my kappas. i've read somewhere that i can "push" up to 1 inch (the other half would go to the speaker), so once i dremel out the plastic off my rear panel, i should be good to go. so please post how did you make yours, wood, or maybe some other things that worked out for this job. thank you.

i heard making ring sour of wood. mdf or such

take it apart and ee ball it.. a wood ring should work fine
