are you sure that your amp is getting a signal from your headunit? maybe you connected the rca's to the wrong outputs...

check ur remote wire from the HU. Also, check that no wires on ur door speakers are touching metal, decks have a safety feature on them and wont play if thats the case. Check ur fuses too just in case u blew one if u have a distribution block. Check the voice coils on the subs and make sure they're hooked up right. Check the deck itself, if it has a sub input, make sure the level is adjusted, or turned on. Make sure the RCA's are in the right spot. good Luck

it can't be the remote wire because he said that the amp turns on. Like umysugarmami said, it's probably the RCA's. On amps, you usually have the input and the pass-thru output to connect another amp, make sure you put it in the input. Also, on your HU, your sub-out maybe turned off. Go in your function menus and check if the sub output is on

If after that ^^^^ doesnt work, then run a set of rca's from your amp(in the car) to a radio on a bench, and see if your amp works.

also make sure u have power to your speaker terminals... get a DMM and check to see if 12V are running through the speaker terminals, but yea i'd say rca's are your problem

its not the remtoe wire, the amp turns on

the deck will not protect if there is a short, the amp will

there is no fuse problems, becasue again his amp turns on

check to see if you are getting signal
