Do you have ballast, bulbs, wires already?

its not HID.....

Those are just the plugs that come out of the ballasts. They plug into the bulbs. That will not give you HID. You need something like this:

You have to retrofit the projector into the headlight and connect all the electric. Its not an easy process. HIDPLANET.com is a good site to get all of that retrofitting information.
