touch screen

alright, i saw on here someone has a PC in their car with a touchscreen in their dash, my question, how did you get the PC to reconize the screen. im looking into this, and i might be able to barter a 7.5" touchscreen for a website, so im really lookin into this... also, with this setup. how exactly do you get the sound out of the PC into the car speakers/subs?

Man i spent so much trying to get the damn thing to work ,but end i end up where i start. There is something that never want to work right. Touch screen is read by USB. Go to digitallww.com for parts and mp3car.com for info.
