infinity subs are great for sound quality. i have 2 kappa perfects in my car and I love them. Also infinity speakers (components) are really good. My friend got the Kappa Perfect components a couple days ago, and those things sound as good as my MB Quarts... He's running an electronic crossover though...
I love infinity, but I don't know how their lower line of speakers sound.

i have regular reference 6.5 coax all around with tweeters and used to have their subs. Very nice sounding especially when amped with a good install.

I have a Infinity refference 12" (400 watts RMS, 1230 Watts MAX) in my car and it surprised me for a 200$ sub, the sound that came out of it. It has really good deep base. And thats only the refference series, The kappa perfect series should be even better.

I've got the kappa components and i'm not all that happy with them. They're decent speakers but they are just too harsh on the highs and too weak on the midbass. Although it will also depend on what kind of music you listen to.

i dont think they are the best but i think they are worth the money and as for speakers i dunno but amps and subs id approve, if u know anyone that works at circuit city they get 80% discount for from factory stuff

Infinity = awesome quality, awesome price
Go with infinity if you can!
otherwise stick with JL, Eclipse, Crossfire, MB Quart

Thats what they are made for. If you buy the Kappas and dont like them cause they arent mid-bassy enough for you than you didnt read reviews!!!
Good stuff. Very aesthetically pleasing. Certainly not in the league of MB Quart or Focal or not even CDT or Adire IMHO, but good nonetheless. Only criticism is that all infinity components are seriously lacking in midbass. They have nice highs and warm, clear midrange, but very close to 0 midbass - which is what takes them out of my personal consideration. For $150, CDT CL-61A are clearer, smoother, more realistic and sound like 8" midbass drivers.
