Big Monitor

I was just wondering if any one has a monitor in their car bigger than like 10inches..or if any one knows where i could find them on the net..I want to put a BIG one in the truck like 10"-20"

dereck didnt you put that 10.4 in your dash? i want to do that bad so post some pics.
oh and dude if ur puttin one to flip up from the floor 10-20 inches will look stupid cus its so small go 25+
i know its obviously more money but its worth doing it right

i guess it was dum of me to post that without a link since that was your original request. im pretty sure it doesnt have to be a special screen. you can mount a tv in their just dont plug in the audio plugs and build the frame u mount it on to cover the speakers

now if im going to put a 25inch screen in there i dont want it to be a regular tv then there will be no room for nothing else

lol a flat panel lcd of course, not a crt. but look around im sure you can find one cheap. actually thinking of it... in the back of the trunk you got 42 inches between wheel wells so put it there and it should look tight (like 18-20 inches)

yeah that is where i wanted to put it...i want to put it in there so it lays down flat then i can flip it up out...but i have to find one first...on ebay the highest they went was like 9"

I know i could find a better deal than that...i dont think anybody would pay that much for a screen in their car...thanks for the idea tho

i have a "datalux" 10.4 screen in front of my shift **** over the cup holders. Its the kind of screen the cops use in their patrol cars. Touchscreen VGA so i have to use a laptop. I just bought a laptop with a broken screen for cheap and hid that under the seat.

If you dont have a flip flop trunk then you could put a screen in the trunk lid( if thats what its called). I've seen that in a couple of cars and they use the same carpeting as the floor of the trunk. It looks really cool, and then you have the T.V. in your trunk and save some money.
