Rattle Behind Rear Seat

Hey,
Well my problem is in my 03 Civic 4dr, when i turn up my sound the plastic covering behind the rear seat that holds the 6.5's seems to be loose and rattles. Are there any techniques that i could use to reduce this? it really bothers me
Thanks

i work at a sporting goods store. we always get samples of the yoga mats that we sell. usually we throw them away, but i saved one, and cut a strip of it to go underneath the rear deck below the third brake light. that worked for solving my trunk rattle! (id didn't at first, but after a few days, it stopped, without me doing anything else to it. who knows?) where are you from? i'd say you can check with the sporting goods stores for similar stuff around in your area. i've also used some packing foam sheets that we get that protects stuff in boxes. it works!

Well no its not in my trunk its from inside the car, behind the rear headrests where the component speakers sound comes in from. The plastic thing i guess has gotten loose because of the subs pounding on it. Thanks tho

yeah, that's what i'm talking about

remove that, and stick some foam sheets under it. the rattle you hear is probably plastic on metal. locate where the rattle is coming from. stick some foam between the plastic and metal. should have no more rattle!
