Don't buy new rears. For $200 you're not going to find a whole lot of options that are going to be worth it in the long run. Keep the stock rears and run them off of the deck. The imaging in our cars is horrible, adding aftermarket, and amping them in the back over power the fronts 99.9% of the time. Your music's going to come from behind you. If that's what you want, by all means, do that. If you want your sounds to not be overpowered from the back, don' change the rears. Personally, I even took mine out. The holes let additional bass from my sub into the cabin. Just a matter of personal preference. As for suggestions, I have a few questions for you:
-What type of system do you want SQ (soud quality) or SPL (sound pressure level, loud with no regard to clarity) SQL (combination of both, sort of)?
-What type of music do you listen to mainly?
-What are your plans for the system, these going to be a long running staple, or will you eventually replace them?

i listen to mainly techno and rap with some 80's in the mix too. i mean i like the bass but i don't want the bass to take over and can't hear what is being said. i plan on keeping this set up for a long time. im gonna get the W3v2's with a JL 500/1 amp. how much would a pair of good rears cost and a pair of good fronts cost?

For $200 speakers only (no amps), given your music tastes, and what you want to focus on, I'd go with a set of the Adire Audio Koda6 midbass ( www.adireaudio.com ) coupled with a tweet of your choice. I like the Image Dynamics NX30 because they aren't too awfully harsh, yet still are pleasing on the highs. Get a generic crossover available pretty much anywhere crossed to the frequency you desire. Couple that with a nice 2 channel amp, and you're set(these speakers have to be amped to sound worth a crap). Again, I'd keep the rears stock and ran off of the deck.
