removing HU on 2003 Coupe

removing HU on 2003 Coupe
Just wondering if you guys know about removing a HU on 2003 EX Coupe 5spd. Do you need to remove the center console? or and you get around it but just removing the trim peice around the 12V outlet?

I read that DIY too and was a bit confused since it was an auto. I figure it is just the same, just without removing the trim piece around the gearshift. I will be attempting it in the next few hours.
