Gauges for 01 DX

I've been looking around to replace the gauges in my MT DX, and I can't find any specifically for that model. Will EX/LX manual gauges work? Could someone recommend a decent set? I currently dont have a RPM gauge, is that a problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is what I currently have.

Steps to get a stock tachometer in your dx:

1) Ebay, search for cluster civic, and search around for 01-02 LX or EX gauge cluster. Preferebly the LX one since EX has ABS. MAKE SURE THE MILEAGE IS KNOWN AND MATCHES UP TO YOUR MILEAGE
2) Purchase it
3) Remove your gauge cluster. 2 screws on top of the bezel, remove the bezel with hard tugs. Then you will see 3 additional screws holding the actual cluster. Remove these three.
4) Replace the old cluster with your new ones.
5) Get some beer.
6) Find a *****.
7) Congratulations, your a daddy.

For some odd reason, Honda decided to cheap out and not put a tachometer in the DX/VP. The wiring is all the same, just a direct swap.
