Power feeding back through the ground

I have an Orion HCCA 250r amplifier installed in my car. Sunday, the amplifier was working along with part of the day Monday. Monday night the amp stopped working. This morning I used a test light to check the power wire, remote turn on wire and ground. There was power coming from ALL 3!

So the light tester lights up when touched to the amps ground imput, while the power wire is connected. Do I have a blown amp and is it easy to fix?

Help!

It doesn't power up at all.
I took it to a Orion dealer and the guy that helped me worked for Orion for 8 years. He said that it is normal to have some power coming out at the ground because the amp is DC. He looked at the insides and said everything looked fine. So I will be waiting for a phone call from him to tell me what went wrong and how much it's going to fix.

I thought about buying another amp if my amp is blown, but I know (and have been told) the HCCA is worth fixing and keeping.
