New battery install
New battery install
Well, I got desperate. Apparantly my stock battery died a horrible death. So I ended up having to finaly install the SVR 75 I bought. The problem is it's a bit bigger than stock... Okay its a LOT bigger than stock. I had to remove the plastic tray and cover.
I have a question though. Is it okay to just have a tie-down across the top of the battery or do sanctioning bodies for car audio want more stability. The battery isn't going anywhere since its jammed in there (I don't know how I'll ever get it out to change it
)
Anyone have opinions?

I took my tray out even tho the battery would fit. It just takes too much side room and I needed clearance with hid wiring. I don't think the battery will fall out tho
