I lost one of my stock honda remotes and since I have an aftermarket two way remote would like to just disable whatever transmitter / receiver is for the oem remotes.

Where is the brain for the stock door openers?

Should be on the metal frame behind the center console, underneath and to the left of the cig. lighter area.

there is a 5 pin connector going to the keyless brain. I'm pretty sure its the only black box thats down there...but its been a while since i've taken that apart. Just unplug it, test the keyless, and if it doesnt work you unplugged the right thing. If it does work, then plug the it back in and try another box.
