As far as door speakers not fitting, it's no bid geal to make anything fit in. All you need to do is make a doughnut out of some 3/4" MDF and almost any speaker should fit. I have 1/4" clearance with my Orion HCCA 6.5s and they are very deep. Then just dremmel out the hole a bit.

Sorry i havent seen this topic covered if it's a repost but i remember a while ago everyone was saying that they couldnt fit anything in the doors cuz of a window clearance and opening clearance problem.

Also if you have a crossover it can easily be mounted inside of the door.

If this is a repost please just me several hundred times.

Josh, I think in the midst of all these speaker questions, even if this is a repost its a good one. Its also worth mentioning that even if you don't feel inclined to cut out your own spacers, you can buy them from crutchfield, bestbuy or whatever!

Yea, but how much do they cost. I never looked because i always had extra box-making-wood laying around and free is always better

Dont' know, dude, I never looked either. HA. Its just that some people won't cut anything out wood themselves - fear of not being able to count to 10 afterward, maybe.
