Fuse keeps blowing

Sup guys does anyone know how to test for a electrical short? My fuse for horn, and brake light keep blowing within matter of seconds after a new one is put in.

check to see where the short would be, check your wiring from the fusebox back... check near any areas where modifications have been made cuz that would be your most likely problem area
