blown amp questions
what exactly happens when an amp is "blown"? and can it be repaired? or is a blown amp just an expensive paperweight?

Rep Power: 0 like would it be pricy enough to just go out and buy another amp? what im looking at particularly is a rockford punch 360.2 (180 Watts x 2 RMS @ 2 ohms / 90 Watts x 2 RMS @ 4 ohms) and whenever i turn it on the protect light turns on for like 5 seconds then it blows my 30 amp inline fuse. 
(btw they are going for around $100 on ebay)
