Okay, i have a question about a set up im planning on doing. I want to know if you can wire a mono amp into 2 dvc subs? I plan on getting 2 10" alpine type r subs and a mono class d alpine mrv m501 amp. The rms on the subs is 150 watts per coil and the amp is 550watts rms x1.

Right now i have 2 10" alpine type e subs and an alpine mrv t420 amp. This is forsale if anyone is interested. The subs are 600 watt peak and 50-200watt rmx and the amp is 600 watt max and 170watt rms x2.

just make sure those type r dual voice coil subs are the 2 ohm ones then you series the voice coils on each sub and paralel wire each speaker this will put you at a 2 ohm load
