Tweeters are fairly easy. Just run the wires and mount them. Door panel needs to come off, and I did a DIY for that already. I have mine wired to the deck power with the speakers on a separate amp. So I just ran wire from the deck to the sail panels above the door. The infinity tweets I got came with surface mount hardware. Just had to drill a hole and put em in.

use a hole saw and a dremel. and do it right the first time. i surface mounted mine, flush may be a little tougher. measure the center where you want them to go, mark it with a pencil, put the hole saw to it and then sand to enlarge the hole as needed. not that tough to make a hole
I'll try to show you the whole process when I do the other door on thursday. It's a bit of a challenge, but I had a great time doing it.
My question for others who have installed components is where do you guys mount the crossovers?

I stuck my crossovers inside the door between the panel and the plastic sheet (so they wouldn't get wet). They just fit between the big foam block and one of those plastic clips. I have to wiggle it a bit to get it in right when I pop the door panel on, but since I'm not making it a habit of popping it on and off, that's not really a problem... You might have a different sized crossover, though (mine was for JL VRs).
Also, I installed my tweeters on the sail panel, surface mounted, and that was a piece of cake (and looks pretty good IMHO). In fact, I don't know that I'd bother going to all that trouble to mount the tweeters next to the door handle. If I were going to flush mount them -- or put them on the door panel at all --, I'd at least put them in a good (SQ-wise) position (i.e. near the woofer). But I'm definitely a function-over-form guy. (The reason they are on the sail panel, if anyone is interested, is because the sail panel is cheap to replace, as opposed to the door panel, and I'm leasing my car...)
