M3 Mirror Wiring

I have searched all over and noone has ever come up with an answer to this. I just purchased the M3 mirrors for my 01 4dr civic. I cannot figure out the wiring. I have a red black and white wire coming out of mirror and then the stock harness that has three spots. but the only way I can get anything to work is if I ground the black wire which leaves two wires for 3 spots. When i play around and test them I can only get the mirror to go down and left and that is when I push up on my controls. (backwards). Has anyone done there own wiring for these mirrors. Please help.

nope, just three wires, and it seems like even if I did get the right combination that they still wouldnt work properly.

car color mirror colors

blue/black - white
blue/white - red
green/white - black

These are the colors for the drivers door. It was pouring rain out so i wasnt gonna pull the passenger door to look but just use the same pin alignment and you'll be fine.

Thanks, I'll try that and see what happens. So the ground is actually in the harness, you dont have to send any wire to ground to the vehicle anywhere?

Remove trianglar cover piece above interior door handle, corner of front window frame other side of your mirror, that gets u 2 one bolt. look behind door opening lever, pry the face plate off. remove 2 screws.

On arm rest look down for small faceplate pry it open, remove screw, pull up smartly on armrest, look for 2 screws going into door..remove them..Remove door panel

For wiring signals remove/pull away front half of wheel well splash shield, reach up and find turn signal, disconnect and tap into them (refer link above for colors) run wire thru fender, door frame, into door and solder it...

need more just ask...

finding right wires is a bit tuff..maybe need to buy a couple of 4 amp fuses and if power mirrors they half work....

black is ground, red is turn and running lites, green is signal only says DIY, i did signal only....
