DIY replacement 08 civic passenger side mirror

Hi there. I have a 2008 Honda Civic LX, 4 door sedan. The passenger side mirror (with housing) was damaged, and I'm needing to completely replace it. When I search online for a replacement mirror, I've found one for around $40, that looks to be the same mirror I have on my drivers side. The issue is whether I can replace it myself. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this?? Or how to removed the remainder of the current housing on the car? I'm even not all that concerned with re-connecting the electrical part of it, as I'm not very car savvy.

Any help would be much appreciated!

The sedan requires removal of the door panel for access.
