does neone know if these new rockford fosgate stage 1 punch are good subs. i wanna get 2 12" and those are a reasonable price. Wut do u think or what have you heard about them

i work at a rf dealers shop and they hammer pretty good, just dont overpower them I would give the pair like 200wrms and in a reccommended size sealed or ported box, and theyll sound awesome, not a bad deal either, we have the 12's for 79 and the 10s for 69

werd thats cool yea im gunna get custom boxes made for them cause im custom making my trunk... the place is gunna build the box around the subs to the bst size where they will sound good. im getting two 12" boxes custom for $150...does that sound good

also has neone heard any good things about the polks subs that are like $70..polk is a good company but im wondering how their cheaper subs hit cause im not in tha price range for the mom series... im lookin for good ones around 70 for 12"

examine the motor structure of these drivers very closely
also many many complaints of the cone area cracking due to the poor layout of the surrond
and yes we sell em too

but i will have to say for that kind of money for sound and a wel made sub
the sony p5 (yes the red one) ...if anyone disagrees read the latest issue of performance autosound and security and read the review if the 10 ... 130 db with one ten is not bad ...same goes for the 12
so i am open for any arguments

so the new sonys that are kinda look pointed instead of round are good? i installed a 12" on in my friends scion and it sounds pretty good for 1 12".. i just nvr like the sony series for some reason? but hey its another option if its cheap enuff..any pioneer subs that u like or alpine..or anything???

LOL PAS is a Canadian Magazine...I thought I was the only American who read that mag!!

Anywayz, all of their reviews are brief, vague, and I would not be surprised if payolla was involved. I don't think that magazine ever gives a bad review, but they always seem to have a lot of adds from the companies they review

well $108 is a bit over $70, but www.hookedontronics.com has alpine type R subs for $108 they also have type S for $88..
