Do I need another Door Lock Relay Module??

So I bought actuators and a power door lock relay from Ebay..
I installed the driver side and hooked up the wires..plugged the relay into my Ungo alarm,..worked like a charm...
So 2 days later i decide to finish the passenger side...hook up everything again..and worked..tested it a couple of times...
Now when i was cleaning up ...i decided to test it again...and then nothin...the alarm is working but the locks arent working?!?! when the relay was working it would make a clicking noise...but now its not?!?

It is a Black Widow Door Lock Relay Module...on the diagram it says to use a 15A fuse when connected to 12V source...
But it came with a 10 fuse...

Does anyone know wat happened?? Do i need another relay module??

am not familiar w/ doorlock modules, but i usually use two bosch type relays and manually wire them in reverse polarity.

can you show me the diagram or list them, maybe i show you the right direction.

use a multimeter to check the alarm output, could have fried the internal relay

test those three wire. if the unlock and lock give you neg when you hit the remote, then hook it up to where it say alarm output lock and unlock.

iono what that other 12volt wire comin from ur alarm unit. its not needed.

let me check w/ the ungo site for installation manual

what model ungo is this?
