Sub Box Bracing

Here is a link to my plans I used for my box.

Box Dimensions

I have finshed putting the box together and am wondering if bracing is required, if so what is the proper way to brace a box?

Here are two options I am looking at for bracing the box:

Are either of these correct?

i would probably brace it using option 1
but to tell you the truth i don't think it's that necessary unless your box is really big

if you pln to go with option b, use a different type of wood than the wood youre building the box out of. different woods have different expansion coefficients. if X wood expands t x freq, then the other doesnt and stays in place, vice versa.
also check out jl audio's site, they have a bracing tutorial

what kinda subs is it for

imo the bracing looks good on either, but maybe a little overkill?

I braced this enclosure all I could w/o sacrificing too much airspace. It's for 2 ported Diamond Audio TDX104's in the spare tire well. The bottom is fiberglassed now.
