You know how in cops cars their headlights flash???.....The left one twice, then the right one twice, then both of the at the same time twice.....I want to do that to my car. Is that a specialized relay or something that they use thats specifically made for the cop cars. Or is it something that is general and would work on any car. And does anyone have any idea how to do this if not??

I think you are refering to a strobe light. You can get those for your car.

strobe light is definatley not what im referring to. They have some sort of unit that actually flashes their high beams in the flash pattern i described above. Lol-> just look next time your getting pulled over!
