Diamond Audio M351i

Does anyone have these 5.25" Coaxials? Can anyone tell me what their power handling capabilities are? Diamond Audio's website says that it is 40/80 watts.......however, I don't know what exactly that means. Does it mean 40 watts rms and 80 watts peak? Or does it mean 40 to 80 watts rms? The reason I ask is b/c I am thinking about buying these coaxials and running them off of a 2x80watts rms amplifier. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

i dont know what the 40/80 is suppose to mean, maybe it is 40 watts RMS and 80 watts peak, but i used to have the M361i's, and i ran 75 watts to them, RMS (it was probably more). i have tested and used a lot of diamond audio products, and they can take abuse, so 80 watts rms to those speakers will be no problem.
just a question though, why 5.25"?

Thanks for the help! I am actually using them in a different car (not my 7th gen civic), and that is the largest diameter i can use without cutting the door.
