I'm going to slice into my rear speakers to hook up my amp to my factory deck. I know the colors of the rear speaker wires, but I don't know which wire is positive or negative. The left rear speaker has a blue/white and a blue/black wire and the right rear speaker has a pink and a blue/yellow wire. Does anyone know which wire is positive or negative on each side?

As i recall there is a dab of red paint on either the speaker or the conector . I THINK that is the positive? Maybe someone can confirm?

I figured it out. The blue and white is positive and the pink is positive.

I have a 2020 civic Lx my wires are different, but just as confusing. My rear driver side speaker cables are blue and white, the passenger side is brown and yellow. Idk which one is positive or negative. Please help i don't want to blow out my new speakers.
