plan on plexiglass amp in trunk
ive seen a couple of members with their amps plexiglassed into their trunk floor. im planning on doing that this weekend but im wondering if i plexiglassed my amp it how would the amp cool? did u guys put holes in the plexiglass? what did u guys do?

by plexiglassed, do you mean under a see thru window under the trunk floor? or did you mean fiberglassed into the spare well? i have never seen an amp encased in plexiglass, what does it look like, in a square box just kind of sitting there? if so, what would that serve, other than protecting it from dust and debris falling on it? mine is fiberglassed into my trunk, well, almost, i am still working on the finishing touches to it (final sanding, painting, more sanding, and clearcoating)

Computer case fans, or "crossflow" fans wired with a relay to your remote turn on lead so they activate when the amps go on are great for cooling. Or you could get really fancy and use electric thermometers and relays to make them turn on at certain temps. 
In either scenario, if the amp will be totally encased on all sides, you should make sure there are vent holes, and use several fans in an intake/exhaust fan setup.

put the fans where the plexiglass isnt, then use computer fanguards so nothing gets on the blades
