Tool for cutting door metal

What kind of non-electric cutting tool should I get for cutting a bigger midbass hole in our doors? Price don't really matter but I would like to be able to pick it up at a home depot or something.

yeah, the snips will cost under $10 at Radio Shack but they also dont give you a perfect edge, they only cut out square peices a little at a time.
