help with install

im gonna install a single sub and amp in my friends accord tomorrrow, just had a couple quick questions, and its 3 in the monring and i hella cant search rite now. anyway, first thing is if anyone knows where is a good location for the main power wire to go from the engine bay to inside the car. im guessing all the interior parts will come out similar to our cars, so that shudnt be too hard to get. and also, if the stock deck it came with duznt have a output thing where the rca cables go from the head unit to the amp, wuts the name of the thing to buy for the head unit so the rca wires can plug in?
this is wut im thinking for normal install, if theres anything wrong with it or something u wud suggest, please let me know
power wire starting from positive terminal, put fuse within like 15 inches or sumthin, and run it inside and back to the trunk to connect to amp. then ground amp to the area bottom back part under the rear seats. rca wires from deck to amp. the thin wire, forgot wut its called remote terminal or sumthin like that? from the wiring harness thing all the way back to the amp. and then speaker wires from amp to sub.
sorry if i forgot anything, im hella blankin out rite now, so thanks to whoever can help

whhy do you post if you are not going to help out? Can't people only post to answer what is asked? im not familar with the accord so i don't know about the power. You can mount the ground to any solid unpainted metal surface. If the head unit don't have rca's then if your amp has high level inputs, use them. If your amp don't have high level inputs then you will need a line converter, you can get em at car audio shops, etc. and i think radioshack also has them. I don't know if you can use the remote turn on wire with the stock deck. also i would suggest a circuit breaker rather than a fuse. especially if u have a high current amp. The cost of fuses will eventually add up to the cost of the circuit breaker anyways.

sounds like me, but you got to start somewhere. You learn from experience. im only 15 but have helped with 2 installs and am planning on doing my own custom install in my car. I know alot more about audio than many people on here. But i learned from asking questions like dkj.

usually there is a rubber grommet to run wires through, follow the stock wires under the hood to see where they go and you will find a place to run the battery cable.
