How do you remove those.....

plastic clips that hold in the side carpet of the trunk?.....man they are a pita....i took off the ones that hold in the carpet on the bottom and ended up breaking one.....i have the tool that looks like a piece of metal with a slot in it to remove it but ended up bending/breaking it....why is it so hard to take out?...am i missing something?....i even pulled one so hard that it broke the cap off but the rod is still inside....sheesh!.....also i was planning on building a subwoofer box to mount flush against the rear seats but that doesnt seem possible....too many bumps/wierd edges near the rear seats....any suggestions?

are you talking about the ones that have a tiny circle in the middle? or the ones that have what looks like a flathead screwdriver hole in the middle?

A panel popper should take that out no problem, without damaging it. If you are using a panel popper and it's breaking them, then you are doing something wrong...heh. And you can get those from your Honda dealer....they are probably like a dollar each.
