Okay i got some new Stinger Speaker wire today right and i re wired my subs and they weren't hitting as hard. NOw the wire i was using before they were hitting FANTASTIC but i forgot how my friend wired them to hit like that. But the question i am asking is " If the wire has a red stripe going down one side of wire and not the other which one is positive and which one is negative"?

it doesn't matter which side u use....copper wire is copper wire....the only thing different is the casing. The only thing that matters is that they are hooked up the same on both ends. Both ends meaning, the amp and the speaker.
You have to list what equipment you have and the resistances of the speakers. And are they DVC?
As far as + or - just pick one and always use it. Like pick the stripe and always treat it as the positive wire.

did u buy smaller wire?
Maybe ur friend wired ur subs so that ur amp was running 2ohms and u wired them so that the amp is seeing only 4ohms, thus ur only getting half the power. What for amp and subs do u have and how did u wire them ?

Okay so what kinda wiring is this called cause this is some cheap wire ? My stinger is a little thicker!! I wanna get all the power out of my amp that i can !! It's a boss AMP 2 channel i think 2 ohms (pretty sure) 1200 watts with 3 12' Audiobahn 400watts each?
Right. Dual 4 ohm.
Every speaker is wired in series inside the box. This way each is seen as an 8 ohm sub.
Then outside the box you wire it in parallel which gives a 2.66 ohm load.
If you switch the rightmost speaker you will be back to where u wanna be according to the pic and what you said.
